To change your account information or close your account, please contact us at support@seilin.net. Note that deleting your account will remove access to your order history.
An account is not required to place an order, but it allows you to view your order history and manage shipping addresses without any fees.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days with details and photos. We will arrange an exchange, repair, or refund after inspection.
We do not offer exchanges for customer preference. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size or color.
