Our selvedge denim is woven in Kojima (Okayama), one of Japan's premier denim-producing regions. There we weave our original selvedge denim on vintage power looms. Because these looms run far more slowly than modern machines, they place less stress on the yarn and produce fabric with a uniquely full, expressive texture.
