Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery if approved. Items must be unused, with tags, and in resaleable condition. Contact support@seilin.net to request a return.

Returns due to customer preference are accepted only when you contact us within 14 days of delivery and the return is approved by us. Returned items must meet all of the following conditions: (1) unused and unwashed; (2) with all tags, labels, and accessories; and (3) in resaleable condition (in the original packaging where possible). To request a return, please contact us at support@seilin.net. Mandatory consumer rights in your country may apply where relevant.
