Are there items that cannot be returned?

Items that cannot be returned include those received over 14 days ago, used items, altered items, and hygiene-related products. Additionally, custom orders and sale items are non-returnable.

Details

Except where required by mandatory law, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: (1) items received more than 14 days ago, or items used more than once; (2) items that have been repaired, washed, or altered; (3) items returned without prior contact with us; (4) hygiene-related items in direct contact with the skin (such as underwear, marked "non-returnable" on the product page); (5) items missing accessories, warranty cards, boxes, or other parts; (6) items with odors, stains, or scratches caused by customer use; (7) made-to-order, custom, or personalized items; (8) sale items and final sale items; and (9) items not purchased through SEILIN.
