For returns due to customer preference, the following costs are deducted from the refund: (1) the original shipping fee, (2) return shipping, (3) customs duties, import tax, and customs handling fees, and (4) reasonable actual costs such as payment processing fees. As a flat deduction for outbound shipping and customs duties, €30 is deducted for returns from the EU, and $35 for returns from the US. If the refundable amount is less than the deduction, we will contact you separately about how the refund can proceed.
