You can cancel your order until 9:30 a.m. Japan time on the same day. After that, cancellations are not possible until the next business day.

Cancellations are accepted until 9:30 a.m. Japan time on the same day as your order. This applies to orders placed between 12:00 p.m. the previous day and 9:30 a.m. that day. Once preparation for shipping has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. From 9:31 a.m. to 11:59 a.m. on business days, orders are being shipped and cannot be cancelled. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, cancellations are accepted until 9:30 a.m. on the next business day.
