Can I change the items or quantity in my order?

You cannot change items or quantities in your order after it's placed. If it hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel and reorder with the correct details.
Details
To prevent shipping errors, order contents (items and quantities) cannot be changed after the order is placed. If the order has not yet shipped (before 9:30 a.m. Japan time), it can be cancelled—please cancel and place a new order with the correct details. After shipping, please use our return procedure once you receive the item, then place a new order.
