What if the item I receive doesn't fit?

If the item doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a fee. Exchanges are not offered; please reorder in the correct size.

If the item doesn't fit, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery (the item must be unused, with tags attached, and in resaleable condition). Please note that we do not offer exchanges; after the return is completed, please place a new order in your preferred size. A standard deduction applies to returns (€30 for returns from the EU; $35 for returns from the US). To start a return, please contact us at support@seilin.net.
