You can change your shipping address until 9:30 a.m. Japan time on the same day for eligible orders. After that, changes cannot be made.

Shipping address changes are accepted until 9:30 a.m. Japan time on the same day. This applies to orders placed between 12:00 p.m. the previous day and 9:30 a.m. that day. Once an order has been prepared for shipping, the address can no longer be changed. From 9:31 a.m. to 11:59 a.m. on business days, orders are being shipped and cannot be changed. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, changes are accepted until 9:30 a.m. on the next business day. To request a change, please contact us at support@seilin.net.
